I came to Lifeskills earlier this year, in which I will say was a tough part of my life. Since then my therapist Kelly has always given me thorough, solid, unbiased and genuine advice. The advice included on how to deal with the various trails and tribulations I had going on in my life. From the welcoming atmosphere, to just needing someone to hear you out and not bash you. This is an organization that serves the community whole heartedly. If anyone needs that lending ear and a blueprint on how to move forward. This is the place for you. I cant say I am perfect. However, I will say I am better than I was earlier this year because I now have a transparent positive insight on how to tackle certain things in my life. Thank You

Despite multiple attempts at outreach on my end and Google Forms they ask you to fill out, no one has ever gotten back to me. This has been going on for over 6 months. At least the courtesy to email or call and say "hey sorry we aren't accepting new clients at this time" or "we don't take your insurance" or "we don't have the clinician available to assist with your concerns." Extremely upsetting and unprofessional when you are seeking to better yourself. I'm done reaching out to them and begging for some type of help.

Lifeskills is a very welcoming center, with very prepared people, truly a place where you or your family can feel comfortable and receive the service that is according to your needs to improve your personal well-being and lifestyle.

Since starting therapy Ive noticed a few positive changes in myself thanks to my therapist, Natividad. Shes been very helpful in the short term weve been speaking. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking therapy.
