        Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for trauma based therapy to give them a call. I originally intended to go to therapy for a short period of time with no expectation after hitting a certain low point in my life. To be honest I was hoping it would be yet another excuse why I feel negative. Going to therapy is like going to the gym for me. Sometimes I might be lazy, but I never regret going. You only hit rock bottom when you stop digging. I will never forget that advice. Thanks for everything!
