My 1st experience at the Resilience Med Spa with Mr. Pierre and Ms. Melissa was very exciting because I didn't know what to expect, but they explained the process in details which made me more relaxed and I will recommend my family and friends to them. I am reading the reviews and wonder if most of them were written by someone who is related to the owner or employees of the spa. Please do not waste your monies! Firstly - their treatments dont work - I take care of myself really well - work out and eat well and in general - in good shape . I wanted to get just a bit of toning and saw no results after 3 treatments. In addition - the employees of the spa are rude , they are only open on Fridays and Saturdays , they require you to phone them from downstairs when you arrive so they can let you into the building but no one picks up the phone , they do not check voicemail , they make you wait for half an hour and are disrespectful to your time . I commuted from Manhattan for my appointment , waited for 27 minutes to be let into the building, left them messages , texted them and no one showed up - I will be reporting to Them on any possible sites .

They wont honor a contract i signed for a timeless package purchase. Accused me of harassment when i clearly stated the original terms of service and now wont refund my money or provide the service. Getting a facial needle ing makes no sense during a pandemic and yall knew i would not have bought that package with time constraints. Where is your integrity??! If anyone else has had issues here, please contact the Better Business Bureau (search google) and file a complaint (takes 10 minutes). Most of these reviews are manipulated and you deserve accountability and respect. They stopped answering my calls and e-mails after i challenged their horrible service and shady business practices.

I love this place, they are really attentive and kind. The staff is very welcoming, which is always a plus in my book when it comes to the service industry, I will definitely be returning!
