Very miserable dr.s changed to here from bronx ....they wanna change your medication without even knowing you or talking to you only 1x ....been in bx site for 6 years....they just move you without telling you......

This place is horrible frist of all they take a long time to answer and I was waiting for a psyc zoom and nothing I'm going somewhere else for my son

Awful! My psychiatrist just ghosted me. Never let me know when our next meeting would be, no phone call, no email, nothing and I have no way to get in contact with them. Haven't heard from them in over a month and I need my prescription refilled. Now I have to go through the terrible automated reception to see what's going on.

Awful. A family member had a psych appointment - our initial appointment was not even with a psych. They said they would call us to set up an actual appointment with the psych after the "consultation" but there has been no call in a week, even after I expressed urgency in the consultation. It is a very sensitive and worsening situation and no ounce of concern or follow up is shown by this center. The customer service is incoherent - when I try to call myself and set up an appointment via phone I get "this is our coordinators job, let me transfer you" then a voicemail. I am in awe at how trash this center is. Avoid them if you care about yourself and your family.
