    I would give 0 stars if I could. Dont waste your time coming here. I just went because I complained of a very sore throat and constant headaches for days. I was only given a Covid test which came back negative. After that, I was told that was it by the nurse. No one checked my vitals or anything. No doctor was even there to see me. I have never experienced that on any urgent care visit. When I asked well, Im sick, can someone give me something? I was told by the nurse all anyone is going to give you is something over the counter. This will be last time coming here. Now I see why the place was empty and less and less people frequent it now. I only went because I live around the corner. This place was decent when it first opened, now its gone down so bad. Do yourself a favor and go to the urgent care on Ralph avenue a few mins away. The staff actually care there. Lesson learned. 03/26/2024

    I normally never have an issue coming to this place however today was a totally different experience. The staff (women) were good however the doctor they had today on foot was HORRIBLE, I would love to use a few more choice words but I won't. He had absolutely NO bed side manner, showed no concern, no care, and seemed like he truly did not even want to be there and could not be bothered. I am extremely annoyed I even wasted my time going. He did not even ask me what I was feeling or why I was there and he did not even check my breathing which is something all doctors normally do especially when you are showing signs of an upper resp. infection. All he said was my symptoms which he read off the computer were of a new virus from China that he suffered from for three weeks, SERIOUSLY?! All I have to say is if you can't do your job or don't want to, DONT SHOW UP TO WORK!

    I am utterly appalled by the lack of professionalism at this facility. I brought my son in for a swollen throat, and it was as if their primary concern was clocking out early, not attending to his needs. They conducted tests but exhibited complete disregard by failing to relay the results. It took a tiresome three days of persistent calling before I managed to reach the doctor, whose haughty demeanor was far from comforting for a worried parent. An absolute disgrace!
