Going there every two weeks for my blood work and never encountered any negative interaction. Nurses are pleasant, helpful and caring.

Don't go to this place. First, they lie about their hours. If you need an X-ray, they DO NOT do X-rays every day. On their website, they say that X-rays are "walk-ins." But you can spend a lot of time getting there and then "walk in" to find that they are all out on lunch break--no times given--only to learn that they do not do X-rays that day anyhow
Very, Very poorly run. Quest and Emblem and Advantage/Aetna make HUGE profits off our tests and X-rays. They can afford to hire more technicians AND post on their website the proper information!!!
Go to Methodist and don't waste your time with these guys.
