CityMD Williamsburg Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Literally the worst CityMD ever. Its not because of the doctors because they are all great and smiley, but the girls in the front? You guys should really evaluate who you hire. Always so rude when answering calls, never doing the job they get PAID for. Honestly just ridiculous. Every time Ive ever been here I come in with a smile, even when calling. There is no excuse to treat patients who are coming here because they arent feeling well so rudely.

Prompt and efficient, while not feeling rushed. Place is clean and spacious too. Doctor was very nice, we even had a laugh together. Dont hesitate, go!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .. the very first time I went was bypassed by people who came after me... I came in today it was noone waiting for the doctor I still waited 48 min and was not seen.. I've been to numerous city mds and this by far is the most longest I've ever had to wait. to see a doctor.. I informed the Dr assistant that I have to go...As they sat laughed and joked very loudly for the 48min I was there waiting to be seen ... to No avail ..Won't be visiting this place again

CityMD website says theres X-ray onsite at every location but actually not. I called in twice at this location. Both time returned they didnt have X-ray and they dont have a schedule of which days theyll have X-ray
