Its a good location to walkable places, and has 24/7 front desk service which is good for checking out early for early flights. The room is fine, snug and has workout equipment which I did not expect! There was also a tour group when I was there which made the lobby packed and tricky to get coffee haha. Theyre also under construction for now.

We stayed twice for 2 x nights a week apart as part of a bigger trip. The bed was comfy and there was enough space for cases etc. The first bathroom sliding door didnt close fully which isnt to everyones tastes! The bathroom wasnt spotlessly clean - still hairs in the shower. The first impression was that the hotel corridors were filthy. Our first stay was on 2nd floor and the carpet was grubby/dirty looking like it just needed a good vacuum. Second stay was on 7th floor and missing all skirting boards, like a construction site. Rooms arent soundproof - middle of the night car honking heard loud and clear. Staff were friendly enough. Mandatory $25 destination fee for lots of things you wont use and dont want. It includes wifi but this is free everywhere (hotels, bars, restaurants) across the US from our experience. Also had to pay near $2/bag to keep them until our late flight - again never had a charge for this anywhere in the US before including in NYC. Good location to Barclay arena and a metro. All in all, very overpriced for a hotel of its appearance and quality, but probably about the right price for a hotel in NYC.
