Terrible experience. Didn't get room prepaid for. Computers down so couldn't get into room until 7 pm despite mobile check in. Room smelled awful. Wifi didn't work. Upon arrival at 11 am, front desk clerk took our luggage and said it would be locked up. It was in a room a floor below the front desk off a common area, that was unlocked and wide open. I got my own luggage out. Parking spot open but told couldn't park there as was told it was reserved and the lot was full (we were happy to pay for it). Well the lot was never full and had tons of open spots - late at night, early in the morning. Some staff were good, but the others were awful including the general manager.

I expected more from this stay. No option to have wine glasses available for a toast, staffing was very limited when requesting items to be brought to the room. This was a no frills stay, but for the price, I expected the room to have a bit more sound proofing to aid in other guests not being bothered by lively conversation. At the very least, a fridge option in the room but this seemed to give off more of a bare bones vibe than what I am used to for the same price range. The staff was nice and the room was clean, just overall less than what I expected for the amount paid. Walkability: This hotel is very close to a fair number of great places to eat and was a short walk away from Barclays center.
