We used Tim as our inspector on a property we are buying and, although this is my first time through this process, I can't imagine finding anyone more thorough and patient and helpful. He made sure to inspect every corner of the house and took the time to explain and show us what he was doing and what could be potential issues. As nervous as we were for such an endeavor, it was relaxing to know we hired the right guy for such an important step in the house buying process. Tim Curran is the guy you want for the job, and is absolutely worth his fee. Tim is happy to crawl around the basement, shimmy out onto the roof, and do everything in his power to give you a detailed report. That was crucial for us, since the house is over 100 years old and we were worried about hidden pitfalls throughout. Tim comes highly recommended from our realtor, who has a lot more experience working with a range of inspectors than we possible could have had. So glad we hired him! Tim did the inspection for our first home in Brooklyn, and he was incredibly thorough and professional throughout. His report is detailed, with all the photos and information you could possibly need. Stop hunting, and choose Tim.

We had a wonderful experience with Tim! My husband and I are about to buy our first home and having someone who can guide us through all the potential issues and help us create a roadmap for repairs and improvements was critical. Tim was incredibly thorough, he answered all of our questions, helped us understand the home we are buying and what the biggest priorities are. The report he sent after the inspection was 77 pages long! It is very empowering not only to know that the house is in good condition (despite such a long report) but to have a clear idea what is the order of things and possible budget we could be looking at is. Tim has so much experience that he has generously shared it with us. We would love to work with him again in the future.
