I attended a service last weekend at this place and it was terrible. I was truly disappointed in what the workers claimed to carry out by preparing of anyone's loved one, because they failed miserably. I already told 2 people I know that wanted to send their loved ones there, definitely don't do it. 2380 pacific and their partner building across should not be in business at all. Damn shame, just close down at this point. U didn't even deserve the 1 star but I couldn't click it off.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had service for my son on July 14, 2023. My son was 10 shades darker than what he is. seats were wet and the live stream wasn't set up nor was it working. I don't even know if that was my son in that casket. 1 person assisting 2 funerals at the same time. the set up was horrible and the list goes on. I spoke to anthony and all he coul;d do was say sorry. HOW ABOUT REFUNDING FOR MAKEUP AND FUNERAL ASSISTANCE AND GIVING A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE I WAS DEVASTATED. I can't sleep, I feel like I haven't seen my since 7/1/2023 the day he passed. I'm sooo unhappy it hurts my heart. Please DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR SERVICES.
