        These post are extremely fake or paid for. There is no way this firm can allow the character they have in that office to actually be employed there. I am not sure if he is a real funeral director or not, but this person Patrick is a clown to say the least. The errors and attitude he shows is disgusting. Maybe if they held him accountable I would have given two stars, but this person is a sassy coward and I am sure he has made enemies and should not be in the business of serving families. We called so many times for answers and either he is on break or busy, and when we showed up he exits the office like a child. This is beyond unprofessional he looks like he works at Wendy's or a yard sale it's unbelievable. ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE BUNCH.
