AVOID: This place charges an arbitrary (not to mention illegal) fee when paying with a card. These are illegal in NYC and yet businesses like this can get away with it.

Walked in at 7:40pm on a Wednesday. Started getting yelled at that they were closed and I needed to leave. No reason to yell.
