Happy Cleaners

My husband dropped off a custom made shirt to have it dry cleaned. Went back two weeks later and was told it was picked up already. I left and asked my husband if he had picked it up because I was told it was picked up he said no. I kept going back telling them it was still there but the small guy said it was picked up again ( this was last year Dec) moving forward to this year beginning of Feb. I went back again and asked to please double check because it was special to my husband this time a lady was behind the counter; she was very rude and stated it had been picked up even after I showed her the receipt- I still kept the receipt just in case- she became irate and said there was no shirt it wasnt until I became just as irate and stated I wasnt leaving until I had the shirt or they can pay me for it because we did not pick it up. After what seem like forever another lady came from the back of the cleaners and brought out my husband shirt! My husband was told since October they didnt have his shirt and it wasnt until Feb that they did in fact had his shirt! If we werent persistent my husband wouldve lost his special sentimental gift. The way the young lady at the cashier treated me was nasty and inexcusable! I didnt even get an apology for the nasty treatment or for the lie they said about not having the shirt when they did in fact have it. Will not be returning and give them my business! I will take my money elsewhere. Do not go there unless you want your favorite pieces missing.

Incredibly kind staff, organized, timely. Weve done day of wash and fold with them for years and never had an issue. Thank you for everything, Mario & Linda!

Dropped off a pair of uniform pants that I NEED for work and I was told they would be ready that Saturday, I work on Saturdays so we agreed on Monday. It is now Wednesday and when I went in to pickup I'm now being told it will be ready tomorrow. This is inexcusable! $35 to alter a single pair of pants and still not completed 5 days after the day they gave. Definitely not returning. I only gave 3 because they are nice people
