        They are nice enough to delivery my dry cleaning and laundry, but I have to remind them. They forgot a few times and I had to call back and ask for it to be dropped off. They did apologize and give me a discount for the inconvenience.

        The people there are borderline rude (sometimes actually rude). They close the store 15 minutes before they say it closes. They have lost several items of mine and then acted indignant about it...and not to mention messed some stuff up. I kept going for the sake of proximity to my house...but its over. I cant take it.
