Sears in Kings Plaza will be closing its doors after 20 years of service on September 18 2016 for good. Get all that you can get :). Also the rumor has been that they are replacing Sears with Primark and Zara two European fashion retailers just a little information help this helps.

Beware of Fraudulent and Unauthorized Credit Card Creations by cashiers!!! Cashier named Sade offered to give us a $25 discount for signing up for a "store card" we asked her 5 times whether it was a credit card and she said "no, it is a store card". Understanding that it was an account for reward points and discounts, we agreed. She asked for ID and the social security number which we gave. She then gave us a form to fill and sign that clearly had credit card terms and conditions on it! As I put the pen on the signature line, I scanned the agreement, as soon as I saw the words Credit Card, I refused to sign it and told SADE we weren't interested. She said ok took the paper back and said instead we would get a regular discount of $15 WITHOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT. We agreed to this. Sade then tried to get us to sign the paper again like we were complete morons! We said absolutely not and she took the paper back and said "too late, you already signed it". She considered the mark the pen made when I put the pen on the paper while reading the agreement as a full signature!!!! Sade then filled out the rest of the form off to the side and said "it's already in the system"?!?! SHE TOLD US WE WEREN'T OPENING AN ACCOUNT?! Two days later, we called customer service to report the fraudulent credit card creation. They cancelled the card and told us that the $15 "discount" was actually a charge on the newly opened credit card that Sade did not tell us about! Now I have to file disputes with three credit bureaus so that my credit score is not impacted by this incompetent and dishonest cashier SADE!. If I were the manager, Sade would be fired in a second for her absolute dishonesty in dealing with customers!! This is an outrageously criminal way of interacting with customers and I hope she is disciplined by sears accordingly.
