        I prepaid for a car months in advance. I got there today at the appointed time and there was a massive line, only to find out that they have no more cars to lend out. Cars were being moved from Riverhead long island to this Boreum Hill parking facility to cover the demand but they were able to send 4-5 cars; there were 40 reservations waiting at that garage. The staff tried their best to accommodate but this is a failure at the corporate level. i ended up cancelling.
