Hertz Car Rental - Brooklyn - Park Slope Brooklyn HLE

This was the worst experience ever. I showed up 30 minutes early to pick up my car. When I arrived, myself and 30 other people were packed into a little waiting room. There was no directive from the representative behind the counter. I was told by another person waiting that I needed to sign my name on a list where there were already about 40 names in front of me. After 1 hour of waiting, the front desk came in and said they ran out of cars for the day. They did not offer any other solution. I had that reservation for 3 weeks prior to the booking and was stuck without a car. Will never return to this place for a car rental.

I had a good experience at this Hertz location. The staff was very friendly and professional when picking up and dropping off the rental car. And the car I received was clean and in excellent working condition. I would definitely rent here again and recommend them.

I stopped going here they changed their rules on me after I ordered and paid for the rental online when I went to pick up the car. They are the only place that don't let you pay for someone else to rent a car and the website let's you order and pay for it online. Online the drivers license, payments and approval are given. If that are the regulations it shouldn't let it be ordered online. Mind you I did it in person a few times there before. They're website needs to be upgraded to follow these regulations or tell you this.
