One Girl Cookies is a bakery located in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Our bakery's foundation is based on attention to detail, delivering joy with each bite and making people feel special. Our products keep high-quality ingredients at their core, from our signature tea cookies to breakfast pastries, as well as cakes, cupcakes and light lunch menu. Our cafe serves artfully crafted coffee, which is sourced from our Brooklyn neighbors: Partners Coffee. Our DUMBO cafe is a short walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and steps from the Brooklyn Bridge Park waterfront. The bright and airy ambience makes our coffee shop a good place to work or study during the week. Our wine and food selection, combined with our waterfront location, make this a popular gathering spot on the weekends for families, out of town visitors and groups of friends. One Girl Cookies has been recognized in popular publications such as Oprah Magazine and Bon Appétit magazine.
