Petisco Brazuca's reputation precedes them as a provider of delicious Brazilian snacks, so naturally, our expectations were high when we opted for their catering services for our recent board meeting cocktail. Unfortunately, what should have been a seamless experience turned out to be quite the opposite. Despite placing the order well in advance and confirming the delivery time, our experience was marred by a significant delay. The communication and delay overshadowed the entire experience. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, timely communication and proactive measures could have mitigated the impact of the delay. Our order was being finalized at the same time it was supposed to be delivered. In conclusion, their snacks are very good, their logistics and delivery service fell short of expectations. For future engagements, we hope to see improvements in punctuality and communication to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Quality has declined sadly. Coxinhas are originally chicken filled and the chicken coxinhas I ordered were filled with what it seemed more like a chicken pate instead. I was very disappointed.

How can you not love it? I miss Brazil with Petisco Brazuca, I love the cheese bread - it really has good quality and good flavor. :) thank you very much!!!
