        Was in bank today and had an argument with the customer service representative. She was given my ID but did not bother to call me although she had no customers and saw me waiting. I asked her why she did not call me. She said someone was supposed to bring me over to her and she did not look at the ID although my account open. This is not "Banking that stands with you".
