        Terrible service since Astoria was taken over by SNB and now Webster. Only one banker available on Saturday morning (the only time I have free to talk to someone. We got someone on the phone faster than the service in-person. It took multiple calls to get answers to our questions and we still have to come in to a branch to deal with part of the issue. The communication is horrible. Go anywhere but here for your banking needs. I got stuck with a loan being transferred to them after the mergers.
