Some sales person named Tom called our office and was rude to our Office Administrator. Next time a person tells you they're not interested and don't have an email for you to follow-up with, don't press them aggressively. It's unprofessional in my opinion.

I was skeptical that BAMS could beat our merchant account rates when they approached but they came through on all of their promises. I would recommend them to any new or existing merchants.

BAMS is definitely the Best merchant services provider team I have ever worked with! Their rates are better than most, their processor is among the best in the industry, but the most valuable asset is their team! Lori is just amazing – she knows her stuff, always responsive and provides overall amazing service! Alex is great as well and I can’t say enough of Troy’s knowledge, positive attitude and professionalism. BAMS has a great team to work with – Extremely satisfied!

At first I felt pretty reluctant to switch to BAMS because it is related to credit cards and there were a lot of scams related to these kinds of services with extremely high fee. However, BAMS and especially Olga worked very hard to gain my trust and support with the transitions. It took a few weeks of back and forth to get everything resolved, but in the end the saving is totally worth it.
