        This place is ridiculous. They dont want to help you nor will they try. I wasted almost an hour there for them to not even try to help me out. They need to fire those workers

        Went there today to open a checking account and was turned down because I have two addresses basically. The customer service wasnt that great and was very surprised being that this is an old fashioned bank. But nevertheless I was able to take my business else were and got a 200.00 bonus for opening my account.Im very pleased with the service that I got with at the other bank.

        I have had a great experience at this bank. The managers and tellers are responsive to questions; they follow up with you; and in general they are just very nice. It has a neighborhood atmosphere, which extends to their email communication.
