        All staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t know when this branch will reopen? A convenient location.

        The women last name NG called me many times a day. She said she made a mistake transaction on my account. I told her to send me the issue notice by mail and all statements. She informed I will be in trouble if she mails out and threatening me to call a police if I don’t show up in 10 days. She also said that’s normal mistake made by banks. Omg.. this is the first time I heard.

        A business exist to make money. Not there to provide free service giving you quarters. I don't get why people think others should have a meaningless conversation with you. Do you damn banking and leave. With that said, low balance requirements, free checks, no lines to wait, competitive interest, LONG hour, open sunday. Lastly, the only place with a coin counting machines. Screw you TD bank. Give up your "convenient" title over
