Hi. I'm sorry you were disappointed by your visit with us, but I do take exceptions with some of your comments.1. Which Savory Pie and which cookie? The pies have very distinct flavor profiles as do the cookies. If it was the quality I'd like to know what it was so we can rectify it, if it was the flavor I'd be open to constructive feedback. We rarely, if ever, get told our Savory pies are "not good".2. I'm not sure what flavor you were expecting, but Red Velvet cakes are chocolate cakes that have been dyed red. Our recipe is based on the original from the Waldorf Astoria where the Red Velvet cake originated. Maybe you've had commercial Red Velvet cakes that come from a mix and are just red cake, but our cakes are made from scratch using real ingredients - we don't use a mix. Our Cream Cheese frosting is also made from scratch and is, by definition, cream cheese + butter + sugar.If you would like to come back and try our products again, please let us know and we'll make sure your visit goes off without a hitch.
