        Not sure where all of these good reviews came from. Very likely fake. Been living here for a few years now. Management does not put in the money to maintain the building and it shows. The stairwells are extremely beat up and could use a coat of paint, the tile in the basement is chipped, and the wood trim on the entrances to the elevator are coming off. This building sells itself as "luxury" but instead comes across as a cheap motel. Also, I've seen that they're posting on rental sites that there are a gym and a lounge in the building. Sure, there are, but you can't use them because management has not put in the effort to put in the fixes to actually open these up.
