I lived here for four years. I never had an issue with any staff and was always treated well. However, Ive been moved out for almost two months and still have not received my security deposit. They claim its being dealt with, but when its delayed this long, its hard to imagine what the hold-up is.

TFC Dowtown Brooklyn - I have been living in that building for 3 years, It used to be a very nice building, pet and family friendly. But since last July things have been different, I witnessed and experienced inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from a new staff member. This behavior towards people of color is not an isolated incident, these treatment seems to be disproportionately targeted towards black tenants and it makes us feel unwelcome and unsafe in the building. The issue had been raised by tenants and staff member to TFC, but nothing is changing! Very disappointed !

This is by no means uncommon amongst landlords and property managers, but they will absolutely hang you out to dry if you need to break the lease. I had to move for work and was stuck paying rent for several months. Make absolutely sure that you'll be staying for the entire duration of the lease. They give you the option of re-assigning your lease, but they set the re-assigned rent price above market value, so you will not be able to find anyone to take over the lease. Other than that, no major complaints. I was lucky enough to have quiet neighbors. The laundry room was functional and seemed fairly clean. Had a couple issues getting packages around holidays and in the evening, but nothing terrible. The people working the front desk were always nice.
