Leasing process is easy and management accommodating. However after moving in, they become unresponsive to request to fix fixtures that are broken prior to lease was signed. Maintenance is very very slow to replace old and unsanitary fixtures. The toilet bowl was so scratched that feces stuck on it and couldnt be clean, and the wash basin is broken with paste sloppily put on. So far maintenance and management have not responded to request to replace. We requested walk-thru before lease signing but management was dragging its feet in setting up an appointment. I guess I know why now. So please make sure they fix everything before signing the lease.
