Very nice employees large selections never been to the one in the bx Manhattan is where I usually go but this location has a great selection will be back

Had an awful experience with manager Ryan earlier this week. Whys he even a manager?? I dont even know if training and coaching will help him. Retail involves customer service which he doesnt posses.

Its Rainbow so I dont expect Nordstrom service but the service was pretty good at the register. I stop by once in a while and never had an issue. I just go here for stuff like basic tops especially when I need something quick. I would advise getting there 15 to 20 min before closing b/c thats when they lock the door.. I got there 15 min before to exchange something I bought earlier the same day and the doors were locked. I can understand 5 min prior to closing but 15-20 mins is not cool. I banged on the door and they let me in thankfully.
