I love this store many people seem to have a bad experience with it but this has been my go to store for a while in case I ever need a nice dress for something important

I have never experienced service so horrendous. I was excited about going into the store because they display their clothing well. I was wrong. I browse around the store and was followed buy a sales person. When I was about to leave I heard them say and I quote she walking about and not buying anything. Its so annoying referring to me. Extremely rude and the worse customer service. I WILL NOT be going into this racist store again, and that is a promise. With as many comment about their rude customer service, Im surprised that they are still in business.

the lady at the cash register is very rude please dont give them money and they give you a hard time to return things

Went here with my mom to purchase a dress. Due to Covid we were advised that the dressing room is closed. The next day we went back to exchange the dress for a different size. We asked if the dress can be exchanged for something else if it wasnt a good fit in which they said yes. The dress was not a good fit so we returned to exchange the dress for something else and we were told we were not allowed to make an even exchange. It is very unprofessional to tell the customer something and not follow through. We were not asking for our money back just simply for a even exchange where the business will not lose any money. Customer service here is horrible. Will never return.
