        I miss Dez. She knew a lot about the games and always made great recommendations. She would always go above and beyond. Now the customer service is lacking. They always have an attitude or always closed. It's like they want you to leave. Haven't seen Dez in months. I think I am done with GameStop, and will just stick to online or Game Express or BestBuy. There are too many options to settle for the terrible customer service. And don't even bother calling customer service.
