UPS Access Point location

I dropped 8 packages for return and only 5 were returned . Do not drop your packages in that place because they don't give you a receipt like everyone else do . There's a lady in the back who's very rude thinking she's doing that service for free . I don't understand how ups make business with that establishment with all the negative comments coming from that place.

UPS need to update their access point location. Because they charge me money but had the wrong access point for my location. ups gave me a refund for the error. And they corrected the access point. It took a while but I was able to pickup my package.

I called to check and see if my package was dropped off at this location and the person that picked up the phone said You got 10 minutes so hurry up and come . I told her ONCE AGAIN Im calling to see if my package is at the location before I come to the store and she replies again and says I cant check nothing, I got a lot of things to do myself so come pick up if you want to pick up. I literally explained to her yet again I dont want to come if my package is not at that location and she hung up the phone on me.

They will not give you a receipt or proof you dropped the package off like other access points do. I would not leave my package there.

They do not offer UPS service for Amazon returns. Google listed them as an Amazon return station but they are not.
