The clerks at this station are always friendly and informative their jobs must be stressful handling the complaints of no deliveries and no slips BUt things are getting better

Wednesday August 25th. Chose to come here because I thought it would be quick prepaid package drop off on fortunately there are only two windows open. Customer service is horrible

Unhelpful lady at the pickup window. Does not let you say anything or even inform you of what you can do, just says it’s not under your name even if you have your ID and the tracking number ready.

Second complaint about a package that was never redelivered. No one ever answered their phone when I call. Last complaint was over a package they said was delivered that actually wound up still at their post office. My second complaint was over a package that was supposed to be out for redelivery yesterday and still haven’t received it. Idk why USPS don’t investigate this place maybe they have to retrain the staff or hire more ppl. This is PATHETIC! Went to pick up the package and the teller was absolutely rude and my package was supposedly getting redelivered today.
