        Staff unprofessional they act like they don't speak English. Nail tech has a very nasty disposition. The owners are nice elderly people but have no control of the staff. Massage chairs don't work. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you looking for pampering and comfort. The lady started soaking my nails and just left so now I'm walking around with unfinished soaked nails never again

      Our shop workers don't speak much so they don't speak confidently and they don't know English which has nothing to do with them. They focus on their work and if you force them to talk, it's not good because it will lead to their work not being good. So don't look down on people who don't know English, even though they don't understand, they do better than you think. Everyone needs to concentrate on their work and don't want to feel bad when they don't have work to do but start communicating. thanks for reading.
