If you like complex design nails, this is the place, and they also do polygel, which is rare for most nail salons.

I only come here for pedicures as i have a personal nail tech for my manicures. The girls always do a great job and they listen to what you want even if they fix it with a slight attitude. My favorite is the Hispanic girl that does manicures and pedicures. However, the new men that Kathy and Henry have working there recently are leading me to look for a new place. Unfortunately I dont know his name but the one with tattoos on his arm either does not have customer service etiquette or there is a severe language barrier. He was basically wrapping me with the cuticle cutter during my pedicure and while I said ow loudly multiple times and motioned for him to stop, he continued until I tapped him. After cutting me he did not spray alcohol until I asked which is ridiculous nor did he apologize. He was also a bit rough during the service: his nail was digging into my skin while he serviced me, he was throwing the curing lamp onto my foot so it kept messing up the paint then he was annoyed he had to fix it. Overall, it turned me off from the salon as a whole. Kathy and Henry usually have gentle and listening staff so this new direction if very off-putting. Not sure Ill be returning. Service: Pedicure
