Very fast and reliable in putting in authorization and deliveries to patients, have used them couple of times and they remain steady.

I had a great experience with Christian and Tiffany! Their customer service was on point, and pleasant. They made sure to check in with me, in order to keep me updated on the merchandise. The only downside is that my rollator took a few months to come, but I believe it had more so to do with insurance company, and the run around they gave them. All in all, 5 stars!

There was no one in the store and he made me wait 10 minutes before opening the door. He was on the phone. He could have put them on hold for a. Minutes and let me in so I could sit while I waited. Edit: one month and I still don't have a back brace. They haven't called to let me know the status. I'm going to cancel my order and never use them again.
