I actually had the pleasure of working here for a short time. They are very professional and kind. They treat workers very well and patients with respect and kindness also. They are very serious about patients medications and proper handling. I would use this pharmacy my self if I wasn't so far from it. I would recommend people coming here.

Great service and amazing staff. I always get my prescriptions ready fast and without waiting. Excellent customer service from store manager Mark. He helped me to get what I need it and could not get in many other pharmacies. Would defiantly recommend to use MediServ for all of your rx and over the counter needs.

I am so thankful to found out about this pharmacy from my neurologist who sent a custom made pain cream to this specialty pharmacy and found out that they delivery medications to your home in any of the 5 boroughs in NYC and also Long Island for FREE! Since my living situation keeps changing in the different boroughs and Long Island and my mobility is impaired. It has been a headache to get to a nearby pharmacy for my medications when I have to move to different places to live. I am so grateful that I have found them and they deliver my meds to me usually the next business day. Their customer reps on the phone are very nice so far for the ones I have spoken to. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

I have to say this pharmacy is the worst when it comes to customer service the staff hangs the phone up on you , or they just don't pick up ...and if they do your put you on hold and you will stay there I'm so unhappy with this pharmacy never-ending Discuss
