We have used Stanley Ruth for in wall air conditioners. They comply with all regulations. Sleeve change if needed. It is expensive. If you buy a air-conditioned and there is a sleeve in place that you can use I would use PC Richards instead, why they are cheaper. They have a service that promise to stand by you if you buy from them.

---- 8/01/21 Tara was absolutely the best to work with. She helped coordinate the process end to end - even helped move their schedule around to suit our urgent timeline. Every request that we had, she accommodated. I cannot say enough great things about Tara. She is a real professional and made us feel very confident in Stanley Ruth and doing our business with them in the future. Really appreciate it. The technicians were prompt and reliable. They were also knowledgable and helped us go over all the options we could have and answered all of our questions. They were well-versed in the home system (Crestron) adaptation that we needed as well. Really great.
