I schedule the tech to come three times. The first time he never showed up and I did not receive communication. The second time they apoligized "sent him again" and he never showed. The third time they kept delaying the tech and they were not able to give me a proper ETA. At that point I just cancelled. Very dissapointing that companies cannot provide a better service and communication.

I have a home in the Bronx. I have never had any issues with my boiler before. Came home and the house was freezing, called to get my boiler repaired. A nice technician name Chris came by and in no time he fixed the boiler so I asked him to check my stove which havent been working correctly for over a year. The oven hasnt worked in ages. To my surprised he fixed the stove and gave us warranty which I didnt even expect. They were professional and courteous, got back to me in a timely manner and got the job done. I highly recommend.
