They have great service good doctors, but some time when you call to make an appointment, they leave you in hold for hours, nobody answers the phone some times, that is in the manhattan location

This is a bad doctor with unprofessional assistants you could find in the NYC. All of her assistants are super rude and dont know how to treat people. Doctors are dont know what are they doing and dont even talk to the patient even no hi/hello. They make your situation worse what we face for our older. Search for someone good for proper treatment.

Everything has changed in this clinic, the best doctors have left and nothing is the same, they give you an appointment for an hour and then they change it on the computer. I think I will change clinics.

If they had no stars I would check that box. I waited over 2 hours and kept asking the girl where am I in line and she said only the Dr knows and she gets mad if I ask her. Ridiculous. Im leaving now and will find another neurologist. So unprofessional.
