Montefiore Westchester Square Campus

Visited this ER last night and I can assure you I will never go back. I came in with a broken ankle I alerted the staff I was im excreting pain but no one did anything .

Terrible place to go everyone is very unprofessional including the lady with the CAT scan she decided to turn off the machine asked if I was there at 10 a.m. I wanted to 12 a.m. they mix patience for different problems in a room I couldn't be in room with people who have covid or tuberculosis but they decided to do that okay don't give people rooms staff don't know what they're doing if it would have been their kids they would have went out and above the fam I would not recommend this place at all this is terrible the news have to look at the cameras I see what's going on in this place

This hospital is horrible the Doctors & Nurses are rude and don't listen to you I'm 7 months pregnant and was brought in by EMS which was also rude they couldn't even help me because they don't even have a Maternity Ward or knowledge about Pregnancy. I came in throwing up, week, dizzy and sweating alot they gonna ask me why am I in this condition and i said clearly I'm pregnant and having issues I told them all the issues I have and they didn't listen to me I had to request over and over to go to Jacobi they called for me to be transported but to Montifore which is around the corner from Jacobi where they know me and they know how to access. Worst hospital experience ever there is more that happened but to much to write.

Worst hospital , I'm waiting for 6 hours for transfer to the wailer Emergency room for CT Scan,I prefer not to go! The worst service !! Never again.
