This is a great place to workout and make new friends! Working out with women who all come from different paths in life but want to take care of themselves is amazing! I am only able to attend on the weekends, but the resistance band class and kickboxing are fabulous, intense workouts and make me feel confident, strong, and motivated even with my fragile knees!

I started with the girls at FFC three weeks ago. I live in the neighborhood and I am sad I didnt join them sooner. It all started when I was casually walking around a Saturday morning and saw them and they allowed me to join their morning class. Loved it! Sarah, Johana, Tina, and the rest of the trainers are amazing. Moving forward after one class I signed up for another and then another..and another and now Im obsessed. Every time, Sarah welcomes you with such cheerful smile, the place is clean and bright and super girly, but empowering girly, which makes you get a gush of joy just by being there. FFC also has wonderful events they do for the Riverdale community and women all around, which just makes you feel involved, welcomed and loved. I really recommend them. Such a wonderful experience and so worth it. Plus you get amazing workouts and classes that make you feel confident, relaxed and full of energy. So far, one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time.
