The trainers truly push you to your limits mentally and physically. After working with Ty and Ely, my body did a 180! The gym is very clean and there is plenty of equipment to get the job done. The 1 on 1 training really helps to focus goals. They work around any injuries or ailments you may have to still get great results. I can 100 percent say, working out here changed my life!

I truly love investing my time, energy & money with 180ipt!!!! I have never worked with a personal trainer before and honestly, working with Ty & Ely has been the best decision I made for myself physically. The 1 on 1 training helps them focus on their individual clients and their needs. Ive made so much progress in just one month with them! I really do value how theyre inclusive and accepting of all body types! No matter your skill level, there is a place for you at 180ipt! Theyve honestly changed my life and I always look forward to working out with them!
