KFC

Man- this was bad. Ordered 8 pieces. Got 7. Chicken was hard as a rock. Sandwich-couldnt eat as the bread was rock hard. Was already home otherwise I would of asked for a refund. Do better.

All due respect I have no respect for this spot Ive made a few Uber eats in the past and each order has at least taken an hour or more! Like at this point its getting ridiculous there is no reason for a fast food spot to take this LONG!

I gave this restaurant 1star, because of the horrible customar service I encountered. I am now checking the reviews on this KFC, and it seems like the CEO of this KFC is not checking the reviews, or does not care.. I am a CEO also/owner of a business, but of cause when you look at me you will not know that, because my head is not swollen... To the CEO/owner's of this franchise KFC located @ 373 East Fordam Road Bronx NY.. It is with great sadness to inform you that I will not be returning back to your store after the experience I had last night 01/06/2022. I have been to many KfC's and never have I been so disrespected.. I lived in the Bronx for some time years ago, when this KFC had the old look, it was my favorite spot, staff was very friendly, an old land mark for me on Fordam Road.. I was happy to see it was still here in the same spot as I remembered. I had moved to Brooklyn, now my family and I moved to the Bronx.. I must say you guys did an awesome job on the update of the store, maybe you should do an update on your staff, and train them on customar service.. I walked into the store the other night 01/06/2022, the cashier (Jeralyn) hope I spelled her name right, because that's how it looked to me how she wrote it on the receipt, she was not wearing a mask as she took orders from the customers, but that was not the big issue... I placed my order with Jaralyn, she advised me about going on the KFC app and obtaining a number, and the next time I come into the store and order 2 chicken sandwiches, I will get one free which I will not be taking part of.. Horrible! How they have the spicy chicken sandwich for $5.11?? It's supposed to be $3.99 cause that's how much is costs everywhere. I clearly told the girl that I didn't want pickles (I'm allergic to them) and after I settle down to relax and eat my sandwich, low and behold, there 3 pickles on the sandwich and I had to throw it away cause there was no one to give it to here. I had to get dressed again and go get something else outside SMFH! On top of that, they let these low life's be in front opening doors for people and don't tell them anything like to step away or not to do that and if you see the guy that opens the door there, you'll see how he's nicely dressed. You will all see who I'm talking about if or when you pass by there, you will say to yourself that this guy already has money. I won't be going there anytime soon and if you want a nice, clean KFC, go to the one on Broadway.
