Nasty nasty attitude from the workers.... there's a specific employee that gave me a hard time just to pick up my money and i collected the week before without any problems and nothing has change. This b......... is telling me that i need to include down to the middle name to get my money and when i do get it change l, the initial is too close to my last name..... f....ck me, I've never heard of this before. Then as i walk out, her nasty comment was don't come back in here......... real hood rat... This check cashing needs better workers.

Closes and locks doors 10 minutes before closing with only 2 customers inside. Hell I only wanted to use the machine but people expect you to be open according to your posted hours not the clerks whim. Do better

This place is beyond horrible. The lines are always very long with a long wait. The people that work in there are slow and rude. However, today was the worst possible experience I have ever had. I went in to cash in coins that I have been saving for months. I put them in the machine and it said I would be getting $202 back. I printed the receipt but the machine was jammed so the receipt didn’t come out. I notified the people who work in there and they told me they couldn’t give me my money until the people come fix the machine. I was furious. I went back and forth with the girl named Erica that works in there. She said I should get my money by Monday at the latest. If I don’t receive my money by then I will be getting law enforcement involved and suing.
