So I changed the review from a 1 star to a 5 because they gave my Sister in Law $100 in Credit.

My sister in law had a horrible experience, she was due for an oil change/service and she was never reminded by the dealership of Lia Toyota of Rockland , via text or email (which they have in their files) as to what date she needed to come in.
When she brought the vehicle, 2021Toyota Corolla LE three days ago (12-28-22), they charged her in the amount of $151.67 for an oil change and service.
The vehicle currently was signed for a 3-year lease and she is currently under her second year.
The amount that was charged was not merited or warranted.
Her English isn't that well, this is why she came to me to help because she sincerely felt that she was taken advantage of.
I hope Lia Toyota of Rockland can rectify this issue as soon as possible and give a full refund.
Please contact her so that when she is required for service at a particular time frame that she will adhere to it and that this charge can be pardoned immediately.
