I purchased a used Tundra from Steet and live approximately 700 miles from the dealership. During my inquiry / negotiation I was informed the vehicle was purchased and maintained at the dealership and the sale came with the certified warranty (all the things I was looking for - including low miles). The sales rep also stated the vehicle has new tires and brakes (typical for age and being certified). However, during my trip home I noticed the steering wheel shimmied at certain highway speeds and the brake pedal was not very responsive. I had my local Toyota dealer inspect the vehicle to find our it needed new tires and brakes. After spending too much on the vehicle already (my opinion), I learned I needed to spend another $2,600. I made an appeal to the seller and they agreed to cover a portion of the added costs. I don't understand why 2/3'rds of the cost was acceptable to them and still don't have that answer because management there does not get involved. All I wanted was the vehicle in the condition they presented to me over video and messaging - nothing more. My personal feeling is they misrepresented the sale and took advantage of the distance I traveled to increase their margins. To "The Owner" - I'm sorry to disagree but neither person mentioned talked to me about this issue. The sales rep would only text me about it. You have my number and can call me if you want to discuss further. My opinion remains unchanged and I see from other unsatisfied customers, the policy at your dealership appears to be you tell customers you put new tires and brakes on certified used vehicles.

A Very friendly place. My agent(Victor Pagan) was very informative and knowledgeable. He never gave any pressure at any point through the process of purchasing a vehicle. He listened to every concern I had and gave me the best possibilities available. I'd recommend anyone to him. Definitely a repeat customer.

Always been a GM truck owner. Thought Id take a look at what Toyota had to offer. After a couple days of talking and a couple test drives, I am now a happy owner of 2018 Toyota Tundra. Thanks to David Grassadonia. John Mack

Purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from them last year for about $40,000 with 20,000 miles on it. The tires are currently at a tread depth of 3's and I am already being advised to replace them. I have driven the vehicle for only 11,000 miles since I purchased it last March. The manager Vivian called me and we spoke about the issue. She continued to defend her team saying that it is not unusual to have to replace tires at 30,000 miles and that we could offer you $100 towards a new set. Why is it that these tires (Goodyear Touring Eagle, which are warrantied through Goodyear for 65,000) are not even making it half way through the warranty? And beyond that, why do you think that it is normal for a vehicles tires to wear that quickly? This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from them and although Victor has been good to me in the past this is completely unacceptable. I traded my Tundra into them with tires that were less than 6 months old and when I said this Victor even told me "oh we put new tires on all the vehicles we sell. We wouldn't feel comfortable sending a car on the road that wasn't safe." I remember conversations like this and will remember how this business truly treats it's customers. We will never be back to this dealership. Although I love Toyota vehicles I might decide to open my mind to other brands as well.

Hi Robert, unfortunately the tires had dry rot, and that is not an inspection item for NY State. Our General Manager, Vivienne, and our Service Manager, Mike, have spoken with you about this as well. They did relay that they sent the check for the brakes, and our Service Manager did also pay for 2 tires.
