        Last time I ever order anything from them. Flowers werent even delivered for Valentines Day and they stopped answering the phone. Been trying to call them since 3:00pm but they close at 5pm. I called them and spoke with someone directly on the 13th of February at 8:30am and spoke with someone directly on the phone on Valentines Day in the afternoon saying they were out for delivery

      Hi unfortunately florists get overwhelmed with 100ds and 100ds of orders for a holiday like this and even tho we are fully staffed we can't get to every phone call. Drivers are out delivering until very late today which means that more than likely your delivery will be there today. Did you call the shop directly to speak to a real person to place your order? Did you request it to be there very early in the day? Unfortunate to see this happen but it's still early in the Day.
