Poor customer service, poor communication, just a bad experience all around. Had one machine there twice for repairs, back to back. Had such a bad experience the first time, we were looking to take it to Syracuse instead, but due to time being an issue, decided to bring it back. Both times we had asked for a phone call prior to the work being done. Both times a call was promised, and both times we received no phone call. As a matter of fact, we had to call numerous times just to get updates and got plenty of excuses like "The mechanic isn't here, he'll call you back", which never happened, and my personal favorite "I don't know, I just answer the phones". Second time the machine wasn't done for an additional week after it was supposed to be finished. So if you're looking to take your machine somewhere and you have all the time in the world for repairs and waiting for a call back, and you don't care if your questions are answered, this is the place.
